About Kora
Kora Walter is a real estate broker and founder of Pacific Homes RE, bringing a rare combination of marketing, construction, and hands-on client-service experience to buyers and sellers throughout Southern California.
Kora's path into real estate started in corporate marketing, where she worked with Pepsi after earning her marketing degree from Elmhurst University. That marketing background still shapes how she approaches every listing today — from professional photography and staging to the digital strategy behind getting a home in front of the right buyers. She earned her managing broker license in Illinois in 2009 and spent nearly a decade representing buyers and sellers across the Chicago area before relocating to San Diego in 2018. Having built her career across two very different markets, Kora brings a broader perspective to pricing, negotiation, and timing than an agent who's only worked one market ever could.
Her experience goes beyond traditional resale, too. A year spent with OneStop ADU gave her firsthand knowledge of Accessory Dwelling Units — the sales, planning, and construction side alike — and she holds a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration through the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). For sellers wondering whether their property has untapped potential, that's a perspective most agents simply don't have.
Today, through Pacific Homes RE, Kora keeps things personal and hands-on. Whether she's helping a longtime homeowner sell, guiding a first-time buyer, or walking a client through an investment or ADU opportunity, her approach is the same: straightforward advice, strong advocacy, and attentive service from the first conversation to closing day and beyond.
For Kora, real estate has never been just about the transaction — it's about earning trust and becoming the resource clients keep coming back to, deal after deal, for years to come.
