Sail Bay borders the neighborhood as well, extending the same walkable, paddle-friendly waterfront setting. Residents can walk, bike or paddle around the bay, and are still only minutes from the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife in Pacific Beach — quieter, residential bay-front living without giving up quick access to everything Pacific Beach offers.
