Life here revolves around the Boardwalk — walking, biking, and skating along the Ocean Front Walk, with easy access to the sand on one side and Mission Bay's paddleboarding, sailing, and kayaking on the other. Belmont Park anchors the neighborhood with rides, shops, and restaurants, and the dense, walkable layout means restaurants, bars, and beach rentals are all just steps from home. It's a lively, transient community — many residents are here short-term or seasonally, and vacation rentals make up a significant part of the housing stock.
